Welcome to the International Customer Resources section of our website. At J. Ross we want to provide easy and simple ways for our international customers to purchase our books. You may either place your order with our US office or you may place your order directly with the appropriate international distributor listed below. If there is no distributor listed for your country, we will be happy to fulfill your order promptly and without delay.

Terms and Conditions

Orders from individuals outside of North America that are placed with our US office must be prepaid in US dollars. We accept all major credit cards. Shipping and handling rates include $20.00 for the first book and $5.00 for each additional book ordered. Orders fulfilled from our US office generally ship via Air Mail and will normally arrive within 2 to 4 weeks from receipt of order.

Shipping Rates Shipping and handling rates for international orders placed with our US office include $20.00 for the first book and $5.00 for each additional book ordered. Orders fulfilled from our US office generally ship via Air Mail and will normally arrive within 2 to 4 weeks from receipt of order. Shipping costs do not include any duties, taxes or clearing charges levied by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
